We had an excellent experience here. Location Wise it's at a chill neighbourhood, very close to multiple metro stations (3~6min walks) - it was easy to reach the whole city. Getting inside was very easy and convinient for us - I used an app called LimeHome to manage my booking (website would work as well), because the place requires you enter your personal info there on their site/app. I checked-in with my info weeks before the travel, and knew that at the check-in hour I will recueve the check-in instructions. I requested early-check-in which was confirmed at the date of the stay - so I didnt know in advance it was going to work out. At the place there is no reception or any personal, except the cleaning personal. The room was excellent for us - it was very clean. Had multiple pillows, multiple towels, shower gel and soap-gel; air-dryer and iron. Small tv, good wi-fi connection. Balcony was excellent. Coffee machine and waeming kettle, were also put to good use. There's a common area at the ground floor, which is very nice, and also has coffee, water and vending machine. When it comes to other guests at the building, our stay was very quiet and chill.

La pulizia del bagno e dell hotel in generale.

Mancanza di una reception, nessuna colazione e nessun kit omaggio di bagnoschiuma ecc , La cosa piu negativa è stata la mancanza di possibilità di accedere al balcone della camera , dato che la porta per accedervi era rotta e non si apriva . Ed è stata aggiustata l ultimo giorno del nostro soggiorno malgrado i tanti solleciti . Avendo pagato la camera di più appositamente per il balcone , è stato scorretto e deludente non poterne usufruire. E non mi è stata cambiata la camera o non ho avuto alcun rimborso in merito.
