Location. Shower!! Comfortable Room.

I loved the design of the hotel. The location worked for me as I was staying near friends who lived in the neighbourhood. My room was very spacious and the bed was really comfortable.

I was surprised my room was situated so near to the reception. Unfortunately I could hear the conversations with the guests and receptionist, and the noise of the guests passing through each day.

El diseño interior de los dormitorios es cómodo y moderno.

Sería bueno que tuvieran la opción de un early check in quizás con un cobro de 3/4 de día o lo que estimen porque los vuelos llegan muy temprano desde Chile (por level) y no tienen desayuno entonces uno debe “hacer hora” hasta que abran los cafés cercanos.

Location, facilities, cleanliness, bed comfort was all good.

If you're looking to get good sleep and have a relaxing stay then avoid. 2 out of 3 morning there, we were woken up by the loud housekeeping staff in the hallway. They talk and scream at each other loudly, at one point we thought they were in our room due to how loud they were. They start super early too. On the last day which was a monday, it wasnt the house keeping staff, but the construction work outside! The constant drilling that woke us up. They really need to invest in some soundproof doors and windows, as the walls appear to be paper thin. It's a shame because otherwise its a lovely hotel.
