Gresham Court

Everything. From the moment we arrived, greeted with a handshake by Russell. He couldn’t have been more accommodating. We arrived well before check-in, but he allowed us to use the parking and drop off our bags whilst we walked around Torquay to find some lunch. When we returned at 3pm he checked us in, showed us the ground floor of the hotel and then up to our room. The bedroom and en-suite were lovely, well equipped and very spacious. There wasn’t a thing the owners hadn’t thought of; from toiletry kits in the bathroom, to ACTUAL milk in the fridge (making my UHT hating partner very happy!). We had a very comfortable stay and sleep. Breakfast in the morning was amazing. Even though we were the only guests staying, the whole spread had been laid out. There was fruit, cheese, cereals, fruit & normal toast, yoghurts…you name it, they had it. There was also a full cooked menu - my partner a full English and I had a cheese and mushroom omelette - which was the best one I’ve ever eaten. We couldn’t have asked for more, thank you so much.

That we hadn’t chosen to stay longer.

The staff were very helpful and let us into the room much earlier than expected. The room was larger than expected, very comfortable bed and shower was great. Property in walking distance to the harbour. Lovely breakfast!

The hosts were amazing, and the accommodation was comfortable and lovely quality, there was a lot of choice for breakfast and cooked to perfection. Everything seemed to be catered for the perfect stay

Fabulous hotel, I recommend staying there. Good position, just a short stroll into town and very close to a bus stop. Breakfast table and cooked food was exceptional. The hosts were welcoming and kind. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
