Thank you for a wonderful stay , you were the cherry on top of our Hokkaido trip ❤️ it was perfect and we will be back in winter . Every thing about this hotel is great , the service the food the rooms the onsen the view absolutely everything.

The 2 bedroom suite is huge. Bigger than most apartments. All facilities and amenities were included including a washer and dryer in the unit.
The place is perfect for families. You can cook there easily.
The Onsen and private onsens were also amazing.
We visited off-season so some of the restaurants and bars were closed around the hotel and town, but the prices were also much cheaper than in ski season.
Breakfast was very good with reasonable vegan options.

the hotel is excellent. our suite was very big and very clean. large bathrooms, a great view. the private onsen was perfect. the kids really enjoyed the treasure hunt.
the breakfast was just ok, we expected more. we stayed in the summer and almost everything around the hotel was closed.
