The nature, the pool the hotel plants. Staff specially bell boys were quite helpful.
The views of the city are beautiful.
The hotel is in a hill it can't be easy accessed, my parents can't walk up is quite a steep hill from the main road. Taxi or car is the only way. The shuttle didn't come by at the pickup spot in downtown. After that, we just decided to take taxis.
The pool was slippery and I fell. Be careful!!!!
The bathroom smells like drainage in the mornings.

The property could use a couple of repairs, the tiles in the pool missing, water did not drain properly in shower.

The location is amazing, only a short walk from Oaxaca’s city centre.
The hotel is rather noisy, especially at night. There was also construction/renovation work done to some rooms with heavy machinery - it was extremely loud. Work started early in the morning, making it impossible to sleep.
