A large room facing the sea with a stunning view, private hotel parking, and a wonderful beach with comfortable sunbeds. Good breakfast and dinner with a wide variety of food. I would especially like to commend the dining room staff, who were very courteous.

A double room should have a proper double bed, not two single mattresses pushed together. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the blankets were unpleasant. The toilet paper was terribly thin, and there were no tissues in the room; it felt like they were skimping on the guests in this regard. There wasn't enough hot water for showering during our entire stay. One day, housekeeping arrived to clean our room only at 4:00 PM—a time for resting. I asked the cleaners not to enter and even displayed the "Do Not Disturb" sign, yet they entered anyway, which was very unpleasant. The garden needs better maintenance; there are many areas where the grass has worn away, fallen fruit from the trees is left uncleared, and there is cat feces. The hotel shouldn't allow guests to smoke in the dining room; even though it's an open area, it isn't sufficiently ventilated, and it was unpleasant to sit for a meal while people were smoking at nearby tables.

Hotel itself is very good.Has everything you need.It is much better then I imagined.The sea water is very clear, especially after swimming 50m, rare thing is it is not deep.Pool is very nice. And of course the staff - everybody are doing their best. It is clean everywhere, bar is very good choise of drinks and cocktails.Coffee is superb!

Nothing. Of course everybody can find something bad, but these are very minor things, and can not change all good memories and feeling.

Everything about our stay was amazing. The hotel is located on the beach and we got a beach facing room which was a great choice as we were traveling with a baby for the first time. The staff on the beach and in the restaurant were amazing and the food was excellent for breakfast and dinner. We are definitely coming back!!

Room was a good size with a nice view however our balcony was over looked by people having breakfast so was not as private as we expected. The thing that makes this hotel are the lovely staff at breakfast and dinner. They were always happy, friendly and helpful. The view from Breakfast over to Mount Olympus was amazing.

This is a 4 star hotel pretending to be a 5 star hotel. It lacks the basic amenities to fulfil this. Plastic cups in room for hot drinks. No coffee machine. Hand-held wall mounted showers. They don't even replace your water bottle every day. You have to pay 1.5 euro for water in your room! I have never heard of that for a 5 star hotel. The hotel is on the beach with lovely loungers but the beach is dirty, and should be maintained and cleaned by the staff if they want to be considered a 5 star. Food is not 5 star, pretty basic, but tasty, nor are any of the amenities in the room including shower creams etc. If you have stayed at a 5 star hotel before, you will know instantly this is an average to good 4 star hotel. Don't expect any 5 star luxury here.
