loved the location as I love staying in Sea Point. Breakfast an improvement on my last stay as there was more choice as I am vegan. the staff are always very willing to help and so polite. Always service with a smile

Room furniture is dated. Shower head is poor and water provided for washing/showering was not always hot with the speed of water very slow. The sofas were well worn I couldn't sit on them, without covering with a sheet. Housekeeping was not always on point I had to ring several times to ask for reminders of stock

Breakfast was excellent, delicious food. Room was exceptional, the sea view was 100%. Location was excellent, near the sea, the views were wow.

Had a security incident with someone trying to break down my door. It was terrifying!

Hôtel bruyant, la lenteur du service, il faut compter 1 heure avant d être servi en restauration ou en chambre. Nous avons payé 1100 euros pour 3 nuits dans ce 4 étoiles Avec la porte de la cabine de douche cassée, la climatisation faisait un gros bruit, on entendait le bruit de l extérieur de la chambre ( les portes qui claquent) Pas de flexible de douche. Les réceptionnistes pas souriantes et hautaines Nous avons demandé à changer de chambres, la même catégorie nous a été attribuée sur le même pallier, donc avec les mêmes problèmes, Je ne conseil vraiment pas cet hôtel

TV access and channels

Like the view of the upgraded room, had both the mountain and the seaview. The staff was friendly, specifically the gentleman who confirmed our booking. Loved the breakfast and the staff always availble to assist. Lovely location and a walking distance to the beach.

Check-In was a distater, took over an hour and had to go through four consultants to get assistance. The room I had initially booked and paid for was a "Mountain View". When I checked in, I was given a room with a view of block of brown flats with no view of the mountain as mentioned on my booking. I didn't like the fact that I was charged R120.00 for parking, it was absurd in my opinion. My husband and I are frequent travelers around SA especially and not even once had the hotels charged us for parking. The hotel has great potential but it is the little things that take out the beauty out of the establishment. Also, please deep clean the chairs, they had marks. I did not get the presidential feel but will to visit again with the hopes of getting better customer experince.
