Great location ! Close walk to some touristic areas, but the street itself is not so crowded even at peak season ! Absolutely loved that it wasn’t far from the Piazzale Roma too. Also the bedding was clean and just perfect, and the staff very very helpful.

SO noisy. Of course it’s an old building and it’s a good value for money so you can expect thin walls and a lot of people around (earplugs are a must). The curtains were not occulting and the bathroom was old, I personally did not mind. No strange smell or anything.

The room was cozy and has plenty of extra amenities such as a tv, heating, a balcony, a towel warmer, a stool for the bathroom. There was plenty of space for a solo traveler and the ambiance was exactly what I wanted from a trip to Venice. Incredibly happy with my stay and will recommend to others.

The walls are a bit thin and my neighbors were a bit loud.

La posizione è veramente eccezionale. Centrale ma non nella bolgia di San Marco o Rialto. Il personale è accogliente e gentilissimo. Aria condizionata perfetta. Letto comodo e pulito.

Purtroppo la struttura è vecchia e già si vede dalla moquette sulle scale. Nel bagno il piatto doccia non ha nemmeno una tenda per cui si bagna tutto. Il gancio per l'accappatoio è arrugginito ma tutta la rubinetteria è vecchia e calcarea. Ogni giorno ho dovuto far notare che mancava qualcosa tra telo, asciugamano e tappetino. Non è previsto l'asciugamano per il bidet. Mobili vecchi. Una presa accanto al letto ha fatto scattare il contatore quando ho inserito il caricabatterie. Ho notato che inserendolo si vede una scintilla all'Interno. Il televisore non è sintonizzato su tutti i canali ma solo sulla rai. Insomma si nota una certa trascuratezza.
