Die Lage ist super, direkt an der Heide, aber auch Wald und Wiesen rundherum 👍
Dass man verschiedene Aussagen der Mitarbeiter bekommt. Rezeption sagte, wir könnten Hund mitnehmen zum Frühstück, wenn wir im Restaurant sitzen und abwechselnd ans Buffet gehen. Mitarbeiterin beim Service hat uns abgewiesen. Auf unseren Hinweis der Rezeption entgegnete sie: „Dann haben Sie eine Falschaussage bekommen“.

Die Lage ist wunderschön, direkt in der Heide! Das Essen war phantastisch! Besonders gefallen hat mir, dass man im Biergarten beim Essen das entspannende Rauschen der Wassermühle hört. Der Pool ist angenehm warm und ziemlich groß. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfbereit.
Was ich vermisst habe, ist eine Möglichkeit, abends später noch ein warmes Getränk zuzubereiten, z.B. kenne ich es aus vielen Hotels, dass sie einen kleinen Wasserkocher im Zimmer bieten.

This was an excellent location to explore the Heide which was literally just outside the hotel. There was access to bikes and horse coaches as well.
The pool was amazing and the temperature both in the water and in the room was perfect with huge windows. Perfect place to relax after a hike.
I cannot think of anything to improve except perhaps to let guests know that there are children's swim lessons in the pool. I enjoyed watching them and I think others there did as well based on their faces.

Die Ausgangslage ist sehr gut. Das Schwimmbecken ist gut, die Saunazeiten zu kurz.
Der Preis ist für die alte Ausstattung völlig überhöht. Es gibt keine Entspannungsecken zum lesen, spielen o.ä. Das Frühstück ist total überschaubar, nichts für Allergiker, Ernährungsbewusste. Kein Fisch, kein Rindfleisch, keine Ziegenprodukte
