Huge Suite (we got it as free upgrade), beutifully restored. Excellent location close to the Piazza Stesicoro. Helpful staff.

Poor breakfast. The building is not exactly disabled friendly (the stairs in the main entrance can be avoided, if one knows that there is a ramp through the side entrance. The stairs to the breakfast rooms cannot, and they don't even have a handrail).

The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was fine. The airport was twenty minutes away so it was convenient for departure flight.

No restaurant nearby. We dined at a good restaurant a ten minute walk away.

Five-star service and a wonderful stay with our baby! From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed and looked after. We were a little nervous about travelling to Catania with our five-month-old baby, but the team quickly put us at ease. While we stopped outside to unload our luggage, Valentina immediately helped my wife with our baby and buggy. She also explained the parking arrangements and helped us order some food. It was such a thoughtful welcome. A special mention goes to Silvio, the manager—a wonderful person who was incredibly kind and helpful. The next day, he helped us with our luggage and parking, contacted our car rental company about an upgrade, and gave us useful advice on nearby ATMs and shops. His outstanding customer service and excellent management skills really stood out. Nothing was too much trouble, and he made us feel truly valued and cared for. Our room was excellent: a very large double bed, a separate living and dining area with a table, sofa bed and second TV, plus a balcony. Having that extra space was wonderful with a baby. I’ve stayed in many four- and five-star hotels for work and holidays, and my wife and I were especially impressed by the personal care and service here. Valentina and Silvio made a real difference to our stay. A five-star experience for our family. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel!

Nice people. High ceilings. Good air conditioning—not loud. Quiet at night.

Breakfast was very mediocre with a very limited selection.
