Lovely place. Warm atmosphere and friendly staff.
Small issue with room but staff sorted straight away. Couldn't fault it.

Although no specific veggie cooked breakfast, I had the normal cooked breakfast without meat which was nice.
Nice bar area and restaurant area. Location very good for exploring south east Lakes. Lovely nature reserve next door which was great for walking the dogs.
Staff very welcoming. Very dog friendly.
The bathroom was reasonably clean but needed a more thorough Spring clean. Furniture in the room was minimal with 1 small wooden chair. Views of pub roof from our room.

Could be better
The run down look although the bedding and bathroom were clean. The bed creaked really badly, which disturbed us during the night.
