We had a wonderful stay at Argan Al Bidaa Hotel & Resort. The location, atmosphere, facilities, and overall experience were excellent, but what really made our stay special was the outstanding service from Bashar. He was incredibly welcoming, professional, kind, and attentive from the moment we arrived. He genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable and happy throughout our stay, and he was always ready to help with a smile.
Bashar is a perfect example of excellent hospitality. His attitude, professionalism, and attention to guests made a huge difference to our experience. Staff members like him are the reason guests want to return. I really hope the hotel management recognizes and appreciates him for the exceptional service he provides. A very special thank you to Bashar — you made our stay memorable!
Nothing significant. We were very happy with our stay and overall experience.
