Akrogiali Rooms

The room was lovely and quiet with double glazing to stop any traffic sound outside. It was small but perfectly adequate for two people. As a family run business, they were very warm and welcoming and took care of all our needs - extra wine glasses, bottle opener, cutlery etc for the room. Always happy to help. Perfect location for a quiet, restful holiday. Breakfast was freshly prepared everyday with a varied choice. The Greek yogurt and honey was amazing. Easy to book a bus into Corfu town but would definitely need a car for other visits. Walking out of the apartment straight into the calm, warm sea was amazing especially early morning before breakfast with not a soul around. Only 4 local restaurants within walking distance but all very good.

The bathroom was very small.

The breakfast was simply amazing: coffee was served together with bread and ham/cheese, jam, butter (olive oil was also available), greek yoghurt, fruit and boiled or scrambled eggs). The personnel was very kind, genuinely kind (kein Meckern!). The location was amazing in a quite area and by the sea. The stay exceeded my expectations by far.
