The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was big enough for a one night stay. The bed was comfortable.
Good value for the money.
We could hear the noise from outside through the closed windows.
If you are a foreigner like us and you don’t know Ventimiglia the location of the hotel is a bit far from the city center and at night seemed a bit unsafe.

Very close to the beach. Had everything we needed :airco and parking.

this is the most terrible hotel, old, there is no room in the room. it looks like you are a storekeeper... we arrived in the evening and found the window open because the room smelled strongly of mold and like an elderly person who doesn't take care of himself...
at first we wanted to leave right away. but the husband told me to stay because it was already late...
no hot water...
I brushed my teeth in the morning, waiting by the car... I just don't have the words...

Noise from the street was terrible. It was impossible to regulate room temperature so it was too cold and we couldn't find any extra bedding

The lady receptionist was so helpful and spoke English (my Italian is limited). The bed was so comfy.
The WiFi didn’t work. Don’t bother with hotel breakfast! It’s very basic and not worth €6, go to McDonalds which is directly opposite the hotel.

The breakfast was very good, and the woman that helped us at breakfast was very helpful and friendly.

I liked the customer service of the girl in the reception and she provided me a phone charger free of cost and gave me the idea about the city really amazing service Thank you 😊

very good location and very good facilities. you can walk to the beach in just 2 minutes. very friendly staff and the express check in worked perfect. i would highly recommend this place to solo travelers or holiday families. There is a food market on just a minute walk away as well.
just note that there are great food facilities close by as well. The bedding was good and clean, there was cleaning service every day and the bathroom was very good for a 3 star hotel.
just be aware when you are traveling alone i would recommend arranging a taxi since the other side of the city had it downs.
overall experience of this facility was in one word: amazing!

The location of the hotel was good, it was near the sea so it was quit comfortable. The breakfast was really nice as well.
our room number was 105 in which the lighting system was bad. there was just a lamp which was in the corner and it barely provided any lighting. There was no fridge in the room, even though there should have been one. In front of the window there was a rooftop full of garbage. when we asked the receptionist whethere this was the standard of a 3 star hotel she told us it is what it is. There was no internet in our room. the shower door was also broken.

The beach was just a short walk from the hotel, and there was a supermarket very close by.
Hotel looked much better in the advertisements than in real life. The hotel looked fairly outdated and the wifi was barely usable, something the kids can't do without! The room was small for a family of 4.

If you want a decent sleep with quick access to the city, I’d recommend this hotel. Very comfy, basic and decent!

Room was very basic but it met the cost. I was satisfied. Especially those on a budget, do it.
It seemed a little dark in there, but I am getting older snd my vision isn't a 100 percent.
