Breakfast was good. Location close to Citi offices made it a good choice. Price for the room was reasonable. overall stay was good.

Even after confirming on line booking, while reached they denied the deal. And charged double money. This was absolute breach of trust.

Breakfast was adequate for this class of hotel. Corridors were clean.
Slow check in. Single room key only. Extra towel requested but not delivered. No view. Uncomfortable bed. Roaches in room.

Wifi was not provided which is a basic need in these days.

The staff is courteous and the dining room was neatly maintained.
The room size was ideal and the facilities inside the room were good.
1. Booking.com reservation was not accepted, even though we confirmed the reservation using a card. We had called up and checked and still the receptionist denied us a room initially and only after showing all conversations he gave us the room.
2. There was a power cut or facilities outage and it lasted 2 hours. Couple of persons were stuck in the lift and people had no clue that they had to call rescue team or act on it.

No proper response from staff.. AC not working.. No hot water.. fridge is not working.. bad foul..

Breakfast was ok
Very poorly maintained room. Broken handles, showers in bathroom, Main gate inside handle broken with wires protruding outside. Mosquitos in room. AC was not at all effective , when called the reception to rectify it , the technician came and informed that nothing can be done, and advised to use fan at full speed. what a mockery , paying for AC room and staff asking to use fan. Cracks visible on electrical switches

they don’t have good wifi speed connectivity i think 2g has more speed than their wifi.

Food at Your restaurant was enjoyable.
AC in the room was found to be turned off during the time after 11 PM and switching on by early morning.
You could have provided two three malayalam news channels in the TV.
Bed sheets could have been cleaner.

4. Ordered dinner via room service at 9 pm...got a call at 11pm saying order was forgotten
