Residence Il Melograno

We absolutely loved these apartments — they exceeded our expectations! Everything was wonderful: exceptionally clean, comfortable and beautifully maintained, with truly lovely and helpful staff. There is both indoor and outdoor parking, which is very convenient. The property also has a lovely outdoor terrace. The apartment itself is spacious, with two large rooms and a wonderful bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need during your stay. The Wi-Fi was also very good. The location is excellent — the lake is only about a 7-minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants all around. There are also places nearby where you can have breakfast. Coffee capsules are available to purchase, and the coffee is delicious.

Absolutely nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect during our stay, and we genuinely did not notice any shortcomings.

Really good location, close to bus stops. Apartment was very clean and spacious - and Allessandro was brilliant giving recommendations for the area.

Very nice, comfortable and clean accommodation. Everything we needed for 2 nights. Cool rooms with well-working air conditioning, great restaurants nearby, walking distance to the city centre. Very helpful receptionist with great advice. We also loved the cute gekos on the walls of Sirmione at night.

Niente. Tutto perfetto.

Staff (Alessandro) was amazing! Super nice, available, with good tips about the location and surroundings! The place is Not in the historical center but in a very good location, with all services around. Quiet, clean, well maintained. Air conditioning working perfectly during a strong heat wave in Italy. Garage and safety of the building super ok! All you need to a calm and good stay you can find there!

There’s nothing specific. Just a comment is that the shower area is a bit small (in case you have poor mobility or are too tall/ big can be an issue)
