Picturesque and authentic neighborhood , very good service, very friendly staff and home-like breakfasts
Property is a little bit shabby and of course construction works in Rustavelli and adjacent streets makes logistics to and from hotel complicated

The staff were so helpful. The location was great.
Not the hotel’s fault but the noise from the garden of a nearby establishment which hosted a DJ until the early hour, just under my window made it impossible to sleep the first weekend I was there. The music was so loud it was uncomfortable even wearing noise cancelling pods!

Excellent location and facilities; the male receptionist was very attentive and friendly. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Very clean too
The only downside was the lack of an elevator, we had to use the stairs with a lot of luggage to our room on the fifth floor, but otherwise, it was great

Location in a quiet area, nice staff, and good breakfast.
The room was not clean when I arrived, in the bathroom a lot of hair on the floor. The smell from the bathroom is disgusting and you have to request for cleaning, which is very weird. Even if you request to clean the room, they will change the towels, and make your bed, this is called cleaning, and I wouldn't say that this is a hotel with this type of service, it is rather a motel.
