The property is really nice, we only stayed here for one night before leaving for the komodo boattrip and we were actually sad to leave. First of all the employees are so nice and sweet. We forgot to arrenge some airport transfer, after calling the hotel (10:00 in the morning, while the check in was starting at 14:00) they send someone and we were picked up in 15 minutes; just incredible. After arriving we could chill at the pool and even had a early check in around noon. The location is really good if you dont wanna be in the busy part of labuan bajo. Its directly to the beach and quite. The room was really big, with a good ac and very clean. The shower was huge. Food en breakfast were really good as well. Really good value for the money.

A very good breakfast. The coffee was excellent. There was a good variety of food and the fresh fruit was delicious. The elicious banana pancke was still hot when it was served at the table.

The spa treatments were great. The restaurant and food were also great
The first night we lost power and water to the villa, then the aircon keep tripping out. Staff were lovey and made the villa next door up for us. Then the following morning had more issues with no water :(
