The hotel is new and clean. The location is perfect if you would like a quiet beach and town.

The dinner time close too early 21:30, even at 21:00 the restaurant is a bit empty.

Perfect beach holiday if you want to relax. The buffet in the morning and evening was spectacular! Kitchen staff was very friendly. Beautiful views from the rooms.

The beds are not so comfortable. The shows performed in the evenings were mostly pretty bad and kept my 3-year-old son awake. For a hotel on booking.com, you can expect to get international guests. I found it hard to communicate with the receptionists and some staff when looking for help/information and they couldn't speak any English or German.

Breakfast was exceptional. The beach was 10/10 and the staff was always atentive.

The beach restaurant staff did not like it when we (as all inclusive customers) went to it, and treated us very poorly.

Super staff, good quality buffet food & drinks (using all-inclusive). Our room on the 6th floor was well laid out and modern and had a balcony with a superb sea view. The pool is nice and we liked that we could book our deckchairs for the whole stay (at a reasonable price, even if other guests complain). There was then no need to rush each morning and fight with the other guests to get some deckchairs.

Beds were a bit too hard, but still OK. Canyamel is a cozy village but a bit too small with not much to do. The beach is also small (but very nice).

Stunning hotel, right on the beach, unreal view and location, friendly staff, daily cleaning, quiet location. Good value for money.

Food: what I missed, there was not much choice of chicken. Had to reserve and pay for sunbed, that should be included in the price. We would still go back.

The Food was delicious, amazing friendly staff, especially Juan and Dario, they really went above and beyond. The beach was great as well, clear water and soft sand. The best part was the view from your room!

Beds are quite uncomfortable and unnecessary charges. Found it frustrating that you had to pay $16 to use the safe in your room which is typically included in most hotels. You also had to pay extra for beach towels and sun beds

- the staff were very friendly - the chef was very pleasant - the room was quiet - the view was great - the food was above average - the area was not crowded - the sea was nice - the check in and check out was fast

- the dinning room manager was running around yelling "Majorca" which might be funny for a bit but gets weird fast - the food was all over the place, some days they served 4 to 5 type of potato and other days they served none - all beverages were the cheapest kind and the choices available for a full inclusive package is totally worthless - all pool seating places cost extra - the bar and the beach does not belong to the hotel and thus you either pay another 20 dollars at the beach or have to walk back and forth between the hotel and the beach - they kept referring to outside facilities as beach facilities but thats so misleading as they have no real access to the beach and we would have never booked this hotel if we have known that - the evening programs were only on week days and there was nothing on weekends - no spanisch music or food -the hotel manager was 24/7 eating and drinking in the restaurant and bar, which honestly made us feel awkward.

Everything was perfect! Incredibly friendly and nice Staff, always helpful with a smile on the face! Perfect for Families with kids or for couples who just want to relax. The all inclusive Option is definitely worth it. I am definitely coming back to Canyamel and choosing this Hotel again.

Parking is so difficult and I was there tues & Wednesday in May so not peak season. had to park 4 min walk away at night while at alone then go to the hotel which is not good. they say they have parking but they don’t - it’s four max 5/6 tiny spaces for a hotel with 100s of rooms. I probably wouldn’t come back because of this, way too stressful trying to park and having to keep driving in circles waiting for someone to leave. the room was nice but small and bathroom needs to be renovated. the shower was old and hard to use. they charge for sunbeds?? like sunbeds IN the hotel? bizarre. it’s not a four star hotel, no way. definitely a 3 star vibe with a four star price point. the other hotel I stayed in whilst in majorca was nicer and cheaper. the room is very small - I was solo so was fine but two people would be cramped. the ‘sea view’ was blocked by another persons balcony so was essentially a poll view, with a small bit off sea.
