Very nice view from our room and the breakfast was great.

Centrally located for buses and ferries and Glen Rosa/Goat Fell.
Options to eat out in Brodick are very limited unless you have a car.

The people who prepared breakfast in the morning were fantastic. Very friendly. Remembered everybody’s names and the breakfast was very yummy. The location was convenient to the ferry with immediate access to the beach.
The mattress on my bed (room 3) really needs replacing and there were bits (window sills, furniture) that could do with a more thorough clean). While the bathroom was nice with its skylight letting in plenty of light, the shower was very small and did not drain well.
