Perfectly functional, friendly greeting, decent shower, good value given its proximity to town.
Had I known there was a kipper option, I wouldn't have already booked breakfast at Sanders Yard and might have been able to book longer here.
Slight noise issue being on a roundabout and another guest's tv but nothing major.

Electric keep on going off which in turn damaged my charger stopped working but easy replacement of it when got home
