We liked the location in walking distance to archaeological sites (25 minutes) and restaurants (10 minutes). There was even a bar and market and bar very close by. The staff was very friendly and they found another night for us after our flight was canceled. One person even tried to help me find a way to mail my postcards. The shuttle service (10 euros a person) was very convenient to and from the airport.
The water in the shower could have been a bit warmer but overall all our stay was excellent - very clean and comfortable rooms (and pretty large)!

We loved the location. Unfortunately, we were not able to stay very long. But we were able to walk across the street to a sushi restaurant. The service was excellent, and the facility was very nice.
We enjoyed everything about the property

Federico was very helpful. We had a minor crisis and he went out of his way to be helpful, working through the language barrier with Google Translate.
The property was clean and fresh. It was better than we expected, based on the photos shown! Maybe a new photo shoot is required.
The property was close to the airport and located in a residential district so there were a range of restaurants, a supermarket and ATM all available within close walking distance.
They run a shuttle service, payable by cash. We normally use cards, so it just needed coordination. The shuttle was prompt and in good condition. They were great with my (very) early morning transfer. The communication is via WhatsApp, so we were a little cautious, fearing scams (WhatsApp + cash). However it was all OK and the price was better than Uber.
