This is a "Must stay" property. We needed a place near FCO to spend the night. This is a mom and poop property on the Tiber river. Wow!! The owners couldn't do enough to make our stay wonderful. All of the amenities in the room were like a 5 star property. They even sent us of with a bag of treats for our flight home. This is what customer service SHOULD be. Grazi!

The property and rooms were very clean and well put together. The owners were wonderful and sweet people, who are very knowledgable and helpful.

Absolutely wonderful! Bed was super comfortable and room was very clean! Owners/staff were super sweet and packed us a breakfast/snacks for our early flight. Would definitely recommend!

What a great place to stay!! Owners were very nice and room was beautiful! They setup Taxi and could not have been more friendly. Location is great for airport and walkable for nice restaurants. Will stay there every time we come to Rome. Dave and Grace P.
