Nice place with good value for money!

Staff on the reception was very friendly and helpful. Room very nice and clean. Quiet place in the middle of Lusaka. Very good breakfast, you will miss nothing.

Staff at the restaurant very very slow and unobservant!

Stylish and comfortable option in central Lusaka

This is a lovely, well appointed hotel in central Lusaka Beautiful pool area. Rooms are very nicely decorated and very comfortable.

Pretty expensive shuttle from the airport. Use taxi instead

Great staff with excellent service

The staff at the front desk and restaurant were very welcoming. Greatly enjoyed the service. Room was warmed during the cold winter nights. The birds chipping in the morning and the baby crocodiles in the pond were a delightful touch.

Sitting arrangement at the restaurant were abit rigid ... client can be allowed to be inside when its cold. Room cleaning were not very thorough in topping up supplies.

The hotel is fantastic,, needs to improve booking system though.

Made a booking through booking.com and followed up with the hotel, but was told on arrival that our booking could not be found. Problem was only solved after the intervention of the manager. That was a real let down.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff at the reception

The waiters in the evening shift would just look at me without coming to get my order so I had to follow them and I had to follow them to make my payment

A really charming and comfortable place to stay in the city of Lusaka

A historic hotel, newly furbished, with so much charme. A great place to stay in town. My family loved the crocodiles and weaver birds in the courtyeard

The pool area was a bit neglected and noisy from the traffic.

Lovely hotel. Friendly and attentive staff, clean rooms, and super comfy beds!

Everything was great! Dining room staff were very efficient responsive to client needs. Housekeeping and garden staff keep the place clean! The weaver birds are a great source of entertainment in the dining area.

Pool area could use some new, more comfortable chairs.

The surroundings were clean. Even the good was fresh and tasty. Unfortunately I couldn't enjoy my mocktails as they were none on the menu.

Great stay, I was very well taken care of and will be back :)

The service was impeccable and the room was quite. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom well laidout. I will absolutely stay here again on a future trip.

The pool could have been a little more clean (it was fine, but it could improve)
