My kids love the treasure hunt/quiz available in the room. The breakfast is great, definitely value for money. Staff were friendly and professional. The lobby/reception is exceptional. We were thrilled by the pilot ship and available lego bricks for the kids to spend their time. Simply love it!

I can only say the hotel corridor is large compare to other hotels that i'd ever stay
I started to feel like not to continue my stay after my ADHD daughter being question of having special discount entry ticket to Sea Life Aquarium. Our family moods on the holiday become sour after insisted by entrance staff by name of Sarah to provide evidences that we didn't brought during our vacation causing a long que & made us feel ashame as in we have cheated of my daughter being special. This shouldn't be happening as I bought the ticket from the hotel itself whereby the special rate was being offered by the ticketing staff after she observed my daughters behaviour when she play within the lobby. We felt like discriminated by Sarah of being put on hold for so long.

Friendly and helpful staff, with a lot of activities during this Halloween month. Great buffet spread for dinner and breakfast. The cleanliness is extremely good, we are amazed!
Too bad the swimming pool is under maintenance.

룸컨디션 상이었고 직원들 무지 친절합니다.
조식도 꽤 근사 합니다.
하루는 휴식겸 하루 종일 호텔에만 있었는데 호텔내에 액티비티도 많아서 아이가 지루하질 않습니다.
호텔 조차도 놀이동산 같아요.
그리고 바로 옆에 마트랑 식당 몇개있어서 편히 식사 해결 가능합니다.
호텔 5층에 조그마한 수영장있어서 물놀이 하기 좋습니다. 투숙객 무료 이용 입니다.
모만하면 액스트라 피가 붙습니다.

I loved the many various types of activities made available for children and kids' participation. Legoland Malaysia is situated (within a 20-minute drive) from either land checkpoint across to/from Singapore.
The entire hotel area was designed with Lego's structure (made by Lego) and was delightfully designed with various themes such as Pirates, Princess, Ninja, etc.
Facilities such as a swimming pool are available at level 5 of the Hotel premises, and two food and beverages outlets are located at level one, hence quite comprehensive.
Within walking distance is the Mall of Medini, which also offers various food and beverage options, including a popular supermarket, BIG.
So far, nothing has created a significant discomfort or dislike for this hotel, with the various theme parks and sea life exhibition area.
It is probably suggested that the hotel extend the in-room dining timing for hotel patrons.

Das Essen. Und das der Pool geschlossen war, man aber dafür keine Erstattung o.ä. erhielt.

Good family hotel with lots to entertain kids. My 4-year old loved the theme room with the treasure hunt and the disco in the lifts. There are kids activities in the lobby throughout the day. The location right next to Legoland is great and the staff were very friendly.
Aside from the theme, the comfort of the room was a little basic given the price, especially the bathroom. Food was ok, but nothing special. We preferred the food at the mall down the road.

Designed for kids, treasure chest of lego in the room for the kids to deciper clues was very a lovely activity. In addition to the robes and slippers for the kids.
The hotel was very run down. Patches on the hallways and windows and bathrooms. The windows had gaps. The room was a bit dark and overall the hotel needs a sruce up. There were ants in our bed.

My stay in Legoland Hotel was wonderful, especially if you planned to go with your kids. I highly recommend it
What I didn't like about it was the distribution of lighting in the room, and the bathroom was not comfortable

Good rooms, really large and fun for children.
Breakfast was really good with vegetarian options.
Lots of lego for children to play with around the hotel.

- Too much single use plastic, would prefer water filters were made available and toiletries to not be wrapped in plastic

Take 1.5 hrs from Singapore with a rental car. There are many kinds of food, and you can see the bread baking in the oven. US190 (1450 HKD) per night with breakfast is cheaper than staying in Hong Kong and Singapore. Everything in the hotel is related to Lego, even in the elevator, there is a disco ball with Lego's theme song.

The hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful towards us. hotel is just beside both water and theme parks. There are also activities throughout the day for the kids to partake.
the scupper drain at the shower cubicle is always choked, water takes quite awhile to get drained away.

The room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of breakfast options with the buffet.
No dinner buffet and the al a carte menu was basic. The hotel is aged and needs a facelift. Not a lot to do in the area itself outside the hotel and Legoland.

The Lego themed rooms are fun to stay in. everything was very clean.
The hotel could turn down the aircon a little. Everywhere you go it’s quite freezy, especially the lobby. You can sit there and build Lego, which is great, but you get quite cold.

Our kids really liked the hotel. Pity the castle in the lobby doesn't have a slide or more play features. Breakfast was fine with good choices for kids. We got upgraded to a premium room which was very nice. Evening program for children was short but good.
The hotel is more fun than Legoland itself.
There was supposed to be program for kids in the afternoon but nothing happend except one lego character came to take pictures with kids. No lego characters at breakfast.

The rooms are perfect for kids and we loved the little treasure hunt when we checked in. Loved the brick pit in the lobby, we spent hours there. Great location just in front of Legoland. Breakfast at the Bricks restaurant was not too bad, but the roti pratha one morning was cold and hard. Overall, we had a fun stay.
Instead of playing ‘normal’ songs, it would have added to the atmosphere if the hotel played Lego songs throughout the lobby, restaurant, etc. Similar to Disney hotels. It would give a more magical feeling. The lifts had Lego music and the kids really enjoyed that.

Love everything. Easy carpark access. Fast checkin/out service. Kids play area with PS4 xbox. Comfy bed. Buffet options. Also got restaurant, mart nearby.
Cannot left any foods on the table, got ants in our room.
