Vista eccezionale sulla spiaggia e sul Golfo del Messico da questa unità 2 BR / 2 BT aggiornata nel "Club di Anna Maria Island". Questo piano piano preferito offre una cucina aggiornata con contatori di superficie solidi, mobili in legno e bar per la colazione. Una zona ufficio, una lavanderia separata e una dispensa si trovano appena fuori dalla cucina. Goditi le splendide viste sull'acqua da ogni stanza! La camera da letto principale offre un ampio bagno privato e l'accesso al balcone sulla spiaggia. La camera degli ospiti ha sbirciate sulla baia. Ammira i colorati tramonti dal patio coperto con set di bistrot e comode poltrone. Il complesso offre un ingresso sicuro, un parcheggio coperto, un ascensore e un'enorme spiaggia, una piscina riscaldata completa di lettini prendisole e una vasca idromassaggio. Questa proprietà dispone di un parcheggio per un'auto senza parcheggio per la notte.
Non devi mai lasciare l'isola per trovare divertimento e relax. La nostra isola è lunga solo 7 miglia e larga non più di qualche isolato che ti lascia con suoni di onde e visioni del tramonto in ogni luogo. Goditi una giornata in spiaggia e guarda i bambini giocare nella sabbia. Cammina lungo spiagge incontaminate e cena in ristoranti pluripremiati, gusta i panini freschi di cernia su un molo e sorseggia martini mentre ti godi la musica dal vivo. Fai shopping nei nostri negozi specializzati e boutique lungo tutta l'isola. Abbiamo persino un carrello gratuito per portarti dove vuoi andare. L'ambiente amichevole e le infinite attività ti faranno tornare indietro di più. Sali a bordo e vivi il paradiso dell'isola!

With the rebuilding post hurricane Helene going on, we were not sure what to expect. Mike Norman Realty group were excellent to work with and the property did not disappoint! Beach front, easy access off the road, well equipped, clean and nicely located property! Will stay with Mike Norman Realty group again!

The unit is recently updated. the rooms are a good size and the kitchen has necessary basics for cooking. The best part of this unit is it's proximity to the pool, beach and parking. We rented this unit with grandparents, myself and my 12 year old. It met the needs of all three. The grandparents had easy access to everything even with some mobility challenges. The 12 year old could do beach and pool and meet friends. It was not too busy when we were there. Def recommend.

This condo was just the perfect vacation spot! Beautiful beach front views, great pool, easy beach access. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed just like home.
We will absolutely be back soon!!!

We've stayed at several units in this condominium complex but this unit was not nearly as nice as all the others. Biggest concerns were the extremely outdated master bathroom, cheap and faulty blinds, broken sliding glass door handles with one not able to be locked, and missing or cheap housewares in the kitchen. We also had a 2nd vehicle which became a hassle due to home owners association rule for "no overnight" parking for the second vehicle. We appreciate the realtor allowing us to park overnight at their location but we had to move the vehicle back and forth every night and morning. One night at 9pm we went to move the 2nd vehicle to the realtor's office and found a large warning sticker had been placed on the windshield. This was uncalled for and defacing of personal property! Overnight parking to me means parking past midnight. There was no need for the warning - especially a sticker - 3 hours before it would be considered overnight parking. Also irritating is that they have available guest parking and give renters passes for these spaces so why prohibit overnight parking??? We also disagree with other rules from the home owners association like no barbeque grills allowed, limit of 4 guests in the room even though it could easily sleep 6, etc. Given all this, we are looking for other places to stay in the future.
