Our original AMI home is much easier to navigate than new-build 3-story homes on Anna Maria Island because our first floor is on the ground level and the second floor is one easy set of stairs. Other rebuilt homes on the island usually require climbing multiple flights of stairs up or taking small elevators.
Florida's best-kept secret, Anna Maria Island (AMI), features beautiful white sugar sand beaches, older Florida charm, award-winning restaurants, and shopping all within easy walking distance or a ride aboard the free "Anna Maria Island Trolley". One of the few places in the world where the sunset is regularly applauded, this tiny slice of paradise stretches for 7 miles into the Gulf. Great property! Clean, pool was amazing, great location could walk to everything. Host was very responsive.

Very clean, perfect space and location, only negatives is that there is a unit above us and you could hear every footsteps that they took while we were there they were families above us with little ones and that was a distraction, and the other negative in the evening time we’d like to wind down with the television and fall asleep, but they were Wi-Fi issues with the television other than that it was a good place to stay

Wonderful beach cottage in perfect location! Easy walk to beach, shops, pier, restaurants. Host was great! Super easy to work with, extremely responsive to messages. Backyard felt like a resort, kids had as much fun there as they did at the beach.

the pool area was awesome. all of the toys-paddle boards kayaks bikes pin pong etc. were awesome. location was great. only downside was interior is dated and they use window mount a/cs to cool the house and they are extremely noisy.
