Villa had more than enough to keep us all entertained and it certainly helped with the great weather. Although the security deposit for a group of friends is a bit steep and there was an absence of a proper walk around (still awaiting communication regarding security deposit refund), we really enjoyed our stay. Karen was really helpful and her suggestions of activities were really good, including water park and fish restaurant. We were not happy about check in, although it states 4pm - we put our bags on the property and it was already cleaned and ready to be moved in, we kept checking in with the 24 hr line, but kept being told to call later and they don’t have the information. It would have been nice to check and allow us to move in early if it was ready, since we pay for that day. Also we were told the pool would be checked, but this was not done and the towels were also not changed halfway through our stay as mentioned by staff. Fortunately our stay was only a week, if this didn’t happen during a 7+ day stay, this would have been a bigger issue. The pool, table tennis table and pool table were good additions. A table next to the outside bbq would be a welcomed addition. I would like to say a huge thanks to Karen and Olivia for assistance, especially Karen who sorted issues with internet and outside lights as soon as she was aware.

Had to cancel twice because of COVID but was well worth the wait the villa was perfect for our party, my grandchildren loved the pool which was set at a good temperature. The location was ideal close to other beaches and places along the coast. Would like to say that Olivia I was communicating with regarding all the arrangements was very helpful all the way making the holiday one to remember

We really enjoyed our stay the views were lovely, the sun was on the pool all day there’s plenty of sun beds and everything you need. Aircon was great in the bedrooms the staff were very quick to help replacing the toaster within a few hours. We had the pool heated it was great to get into even late when the sun was setting. Only thing we didn’t expect was a bedroom in the basement. It was a large cool rooms so no problems with it but would have been nice to know before we went. Would go again 👍

Our second year at this villa, and again we were over the moon with our stay.

The location itself was perfect for relaxing. A 5 minute walk to beach and restaurants and short drive to albufiera old town. Would definitely recommend.

This is a lovely house - spacious, well equipped and very secure. It’s in a nice, quiet residential area within walking distance to the beach

Property well maintained, great wifi and peaceful location.

We had a pleasant stay. The villa is nice situated and all air conditioned. Would deffo recommend for large group of friends/family as there’s a bit for everyone to enjoy!

All in all every single one of us had a great time staying in this villa and would recommend it to all.

We were a group of 9 adults and 3 children staying for a week in this villa which was better than expected. The heated pool (extra) was wonderful for the children. All the bedrooms were very good, with comfy beds. The location is very quiet, within walking distance to few restaurants and bars. The towels were changed mid week by the cleaners. Great service. Will definitely be back.
