Vallorsaia is a stone Villa dating back to 1500, restored with great care, immersed in the Tuscan hill at 800 meters above sea level with stunning view over the montedoglio Lake
The Villa is fitted with a big open space kitchen-dining room accessorized with: dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer, pots, crockery and kitchen utensils of all kinds, mokas, kettles; tables, benches, sofas and TV, fireplace.
10 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms divided into 6 apartments with kitchen and bathroom;
The bedrooms and the Villa are furnished in Tuscan Style; Each bathroom has a shower and hair dryer, wc and bidet; each apartment has a TV .
Firewood, washing machine, iron and iron board available.
Free WI FI is available in most of the rooms of the house.

The outside pool is fenced and enjoys a wide view over the valley and the lake, it is 12×6 meters, it has a big solarium with umbrellas and sun loungers.
Outside private parking, the Villa can be reached with compact bus up to 20 people.

Villa Vallorsaia is situated in the higher part of the private park of 300 hectares of the Agriturismo La Conca.
Is possible to carry out a variety of activities: Trekking in the marked trails to reach the tree house, the monumental trees, the refuge, only 50 mt Private fishing Lake, emplacements for spotting animals and breathtaking views! Archery, Jeep Tour .. and much more.
Sansepolcro, our thousand-year old city is rich in art and history with the important Museum of Piero della Francesca, The Museum of Aboca Herbs, the Cathedral and the old town full of Renaissance, the Medici Fortress.
Ideal place to combine nature and culture; nearby you can visit many small villages typical Tuscany Anghiari, Citerna, Monterchi, Città di Castello, Caprese Michelangelo, La Verna .. until you come to Assisi, Gubbio, Perugia, Arezzo, Florence, Lucca, San Marino. In our town there are many restaurants, where you have some discounts as a guest at our Villa ; Bar, Museums, Pizzerias, Supermarkets at really good prices.
