La Villa si trova in posizione dominante sul pittoresco paese di Calci (raggiungibile in meno di 5 minuti a Piedi), circondata dagli olivi secolari della nostra Azienda agricola. La Villa è completamente indipendente, tutte le camere hanno il bagno privato, c'è una grande cucina ed un bellissimo salone con camino, oltre ad un ampio giardino ed alla piscina privata e panoramica. LA PISCINA E' APERTA DA META' MAGGIO ALL'ULTIMO SABATO DI SETTEMBRE. LA PISCINA E' AD USO ESCLUSIVO DEGLI OSPITI DELLA CASA E NON E' CONSENTITO L'USO DA PARTE DI ALTRE PERSONE AL DI FUORI DEI SOGGIORNANTI NELLA CASA. Il wi-fi è gratuito. Pisa è raggiungibile in circa 10 min. Lucca in circa 20 min. Firenze in circa 50 min. A 2 km è situata la Certosa di Calci, dove è possibile visitare il Museo di Storia Naturale e i bellissimi interni del convento. NEI MESI DI LUGLIO ED AGOSTO AFFITTIAMO SOLO PER PERIODI SETTIMANALI O MULTIPI DI SETTIMANA DA SABATO A SABATO.WI-FI GRATUITO

Very nice house in very good condition and beautiful location. Wonderful view from the outside table. Doors and windows have screens. Kitchen is functional and well-equipped. Beds are comfortable and don't sag. Lighting inside the house is good. Clothes-drying rack is big enough to be functional. It's a short walk into La Pieve (though you do have to watch out for cars a bit in the first part of the walk). La Pieve is a very pleasant and interesting little place, with a nice bookstore and a good-sized eleventh-century church, not to mention cafes, bars, etc. Co-op supermarket is very close by; you can walk there if you are ambitious enough to carry your groceries back; otherwise, it is a short drive. Our only minor criticism is that we would recommend upgrading the pillows to something thicker and more substantial. Owner is very pleasant to interact with.

Had a great stay property was wonderfully presented and Tommaso was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. Highly recommended fantastic quiet retreat in the Tuscan countryside.

We spend a lovely week in cottage Fico. Location is very peaceful and a short stroll to the bakery and restaurants. Very helpful and friendly host
