Elegante 4bed / 2bath home DISTANZA A PIEDI al Lake & London Bridge con enorme cortile tra cui totem tiki, piscina riscaldata a gas naturale, ampio patio coperto, gioco a ferro di cavallo e tavolo da ping-pong !!!
Questa struttura si trova a meno di 1,6 km dal Lago e dal London Bridge. C'è un ampio garage, lungo vialetto piatto e un'altra area di roccia piatta accanto al vialetto per un parcheggio extra. Questa casa ha un bel ingresso ad arco ovale che conduce al grandissimo soggiorno che ha un divano letto matrimoniale estraibile con un materasso aggiornato. Il soggiorno ha una porta scorrevole in vetro sul cortile sul retro e 2 finestre che hanno tutti i nuovi ciechi. La camera da letto principale ha un letto King e ci sono altre 2 camere da letto che hanno entrambi letti Queen. Vi è una grande quarta camera con letti a castello - 1 è un Full over Full e l'altro è Twin over Twin. Il cortile sul retro è enorme e dispone di 2 aree patio coperte con ventilatori a soffitto e mister in tutto, oltre a un grande barbecue incorporato. Ha anche una piscina scintillante che può essere riscaldata dalla stufa a gas naturale. Il gas è molto più economico rispetto al propano per il riscaldamento di qualsiasi piscina. Il cortile tropicale ha palme e teste di tiki intagliate ovunque. C'è anche una partita a ferro di cavallo e un tavolo da ping-pong per il tuo divertimento!

The host was so knowledgeable and checked in on us throughout our stay. She had clear easy instructions and the place was perfect! Location wise it is great. We were right by a grocery store, restaurants and short drive to the lake. We will be staying again!

I cannot believe over 40 reviewers didn’t bother to mention that 18” sheer drop into the shower pit,(with a couple of very precarious steps and a bit of a handrail a person could sustain serious injury). Then there’s the 8”drop from the dining room to the living room. And in between these two fiascos, there are uneven undulating tile floors. It should come with a mobility issue warning.
Yes, the garage smells. There is an acrid odour in there. If it’s closed up, or the weather gets warm, it’s enough to bring tears to your eyes and burn your nostrils and throat.
The owner admits to two cameras on site. There are at least 6 watching your every move as you enjoy your expensive getaway. No privacy for you, so don’t do anything here you don’t want to see on the Internet.
The place is old sad and tired and needs a thorough cleansing from top to bottom, replacement of cutlery, pots and pans and linens and appliances.
it is a good location but keep in mind the proximity to the hospital and fire hall with the sirens and choppers landing and taking off at all hours.
I have sent a list of maintenance issues that need immediate attention to the owners. Hopefully they will stop blaming their renters for their problems and do better.
If this is an example of what this platform and owners are offering for vacation rentals, then I can only suggest the use of hotels where they are required to meet certain standards since many cities and towns do not regulate this industry.
