The property is charming - smaller than I imagined, but, absolutely charming. Much prefer these kind of places to hotels, which can be very anonymous

Unfortunately, I stayed during the heatwave, and the property's windows were all painted shut. It was absolutely melting in there. Opening the back door did next to nothing because it is a small ,(charming) enclosed courtyard with no breeze, and the front door isnt, because it opens into the communal hallway. Even the velux window in the bedroom was out of reach, and again, the sash windows were painted shut.

This was the perfect place in the centre of Tunbridge wells. The property had everything we needed and anything extra was only a stones throw away in the town. Great space throughout the property and a very comfortable bedroom also.

The location is so good that there is a limit on accessing with the car. This is highlighted when booking but just for others to be aware if needing to drop things off. The car park is literally 100m away which massively helped.

Simple 4 person flat in a great location in the centre of Tunbridge Wells. Very comfortable bed.

We arrived at 5 on Sunday afternoon after a long drive. "Let's have a nice cup of tea." In every other let of this type we have experienced over the last 40 years, there has been a basket of basic provisions to start your stay with, at least a small loaf or pack of biscuits and a pint of milk. Unfortunately, there was nothing and I think that's a bit mean, so off I go on the 10 minute walk to the convenience store. Cup of tea, 20 minutes late, but hey ho. 7 o'clock comes. "Let's have a nice glass of wine." Can't believe it, only 1 wine glass. In my mind, that's near to unforgivable, a shocker. There's some art on the wall in the kitchen listing things needed for a happy life. No.4 is drink wine. Chance would be a fine thing! We awake the next morning. "Let's have a nice shower". Where's the shower gel? There is none! Hand wash supplied but no shower gel. Bizzare! I get dressed without a shower to go back to the shop to buy some and also some wine glasses for the rest of our stay. Little things can make a stay. The flat is fine, if a little grubby in places. Just a little thought and consideration from the owners would improve it no end!
