Very welcoming host we got tea and biscuits on arrival. Very clean room and great view from the window. We had a good breakfast before we left. Great value for money.

We was not told that the room would be on top floor...i had old aged parents with me who had difficulty walking up the stairs

The location was excellent, the hosts were friendly and very helpful. It's an older property with steep steps to access the entrance with luggage, which may be difficult for some guests. However, the room was very clean, had everything we needed, excellent WiFi, tea/coffee, hairdryer etc. Breakfast was lovely, and all the kitchen/serving staff were wonderful, particularly the lady who served us at the table. My daughter is a fussy eater and she made her feel at ease and even offered another guest a sausage for their dog!! Just lovely! Simple to book, excellent communication from the hosts about parking etc. Shame they couldn't fix the weather for us though 🤣

There was nothing to complain about, good value for money, the only niggle would be access for those less able, but that didn't affect us.

Bed wasn’t very comfortable and seagull were loud above us on the roof

We turned up an hour after booking on a whim and the room was ready and we were able to help ourselves without anyone on site. Room was lovely with a big bed and extra single. Location is perfect for town, beach and SW Coast Path. Showers were spacious and hot. Slept really well. Breakfast in the morning was superb such a great choice and very flexible on giving you what you want. Sammy and Doris were brilliant.
