As Used On BBC1s BEYOND PARADISE - Prospect House is Newly Refurbished to an exceptional Standard "Prospect House" offers two individually accessed and self contained apartments within a historic Grade 2 Listed Detached Building. Located in Princes Square, this impressive yet personal building sits opposite the Jolly Sailor Pub and The Spar convenience store and is a 50 metre walk from the Harbour Front. The Square also has 16 Free parking spaces.
The Space:
Each apartment has a large bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom, and a separate lounge diner with a double sofa bed, a dining table to seat 4 guests and a fully functional kitchenette area. The apartment is ideally suited to a couple, however the sofa bed and cot allows for an extra guest or a small family.
Guest Access:
Each apartment has its own private entrance accessed directly from Princes Square
The Neighborhood:
Prospect House is to the top corner of Prince’s Square opposite the Jolly Sailor Public House and The Spar convenience store and is a mere 50 metre walk from the harbour front. It also has 16 free parking spaces for local residents on a first come first basis.
Getting Around:
There are cars, buses, trains and boats a plenty in Looe.
Other Things to Note:
Princes Square also is the only Square in West Looe to have 16 free parking spaces on a first come first served basis.
The Apartment is within easy access of Fowey, Polruan, Seaton, Whitesand Bay, KingSand, CawSand, Mount Edgecombe, Plymouth City, Bantham, Bigbury On Sea, Salcomb, Thurlestone, & Hope Cove
