Haithoms Guesthouse- Gaborone Broadhurst

There was no breakfast but I definitely would stay there again.

Some ash trays outside would be nice.

Before our arrival, via email, the host suggested contacting a taxi on our behalf. Upon reaching the Gaborone taxi rank, we called the WhatsApp number provided, only to be told that alternative arrangements were needed. This caused confusion and delay on a very hot day after hours of travel. When we attempted to pay at the property, all of our cards were declined despite having sufficient funds. We later discovered the issue was with the property’s card machine, which caused unnecessary frustration and embarrassment. Regarding the room assigned to me: The curtain railing was falling off. The headboard was dusty. The towels either appeared brand new without an initial wash or had been sitting for a long time, leaving residue on my skin. The TV was not functioning. Overall, these issues affected the comfort of our stay.
