Charges for every bit of extra, even a bath mat.
Asked to make sure it was clean when I left but no mop or broom provided

WiFi was advertised but broke down on second day and staff denied all knowledge of it and refused to even investigate, rather they just offered an overpriced alternative.

Grubby and tired looking. Carpets and sofa didn’t look clean. One bed creaked badly.

No balcony chairs. No quilts just 3 blankets!!

Compact but had everything we needed and exellent loaction. Room was on the ooposite side of the building to the main street and slopes, So was nice and quiet.

Excellent location for bars, restaurants and supermarket. Warm, clean and the staff were very helpful.
Had to pay to hire towels.

It’s not acceptable to charge 11.5 € for each set off towels.
It’s not mentioned in reservation, that towels are not provide. For me this beaver should be considered as a surcharge
