Condominio recentemente ristrutturato con 1 lg. camera da letto, 1 bagno, 2 piani. Situato al secondo piano con una bella terrazza con vista sulla piscina. Il condominio ha 2 letti queen size nella camera da letto e un divano letto queen size in L / r. snack bar, cucina completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie, area W / D. 2 tv con cavo / wifi. Il parcheggio ha un'area comune con il parco e la baia del lato nord che ospita eventi, concerti con gelaterie, paddle boarding, crabbing. negozio di alimentari, bar, bagel Uber (migliori bagel sull'isola. Preparati ad aspettare in fila), metropolitana, taglierina per capelli proprio lì! Ocean è a 2 minuti a piedi dall'altra parte della strada. Hai tutto! posizione Posizione !! Isola Assateque e pony a 20 minuti. Boardwalk. Molto di più!

check in/check out were super simple. place was clean, but a little tight for 5. location is great.

Be sure to read about the place, I accidentally read it wrong and thought everything was included. Make sure you pack sheets and towels!!! I met the owner before we checked out and he was absolutely amazing!! Would totally stay here again, the lighting in the bathroom and the small selection of kitchen pans (I love cooking) is would be the only things I would not like. Overall 5/5!

Geraldine was kind and communicated well and promptly. The unit was clean and check-in was easy. The balcony was nice, and the kitchen was well stocked. It was overlooking the pool which we didn’t use since it was too cold in May. The location is one block from the beach, but just the sandy part, and it’s another 5 miles to the boardwalk. The unit is on the 3rd floor, no elevator available. It could sleep 6 people, 2 queen beds upstairs, and 1 pull out sofa on first floor. I didn’t realize the stairs within the unit would be narrow and spiraling, and it was difficult for family members, especially elderly, to get up the stairs. The only bathroom available was unfortunately also upstairs. The pull out sofa was too soft and springy, and sagged in the middle, making it uncomfortable to sleep. After we pulled out the couch, there was also hardly room to put the crib on the floor for our baby so we had to put her on the kitchen area. We also didn’t like the fact that we had to bring our own sheets, towels, pillowcase though we had expected it from the listing. Overall, I would say the host was great and this property would be okay for anyone traveling who isn’t elderly, handicapped, or with young children, but it was a bit difficult for us.
