This was just the quiet getaway I needed! The condo was clean, well stocked for cooking, with comfy beds, and a great view from the balcony! The owner and property manager were responsive and kind in all communications.

We enjoyed our stay. Located right across the street from Northside Park where our son's travel baseball tournament was held for the weekend. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and entertainment for the family. Loved the close beach access, pool, game room and parking. Clean and cutely decorated with everything we needed for our stay.

Upon entering the condo, my sister and I were imressed with the cleanliness and decor. I felt right at home and immediately called dibs on the cute and comfy recliner (as you learn to do as the yougest sibling lol). There was great communication with the property managers and owner. We have stayed in numerous properties in Ocean City and I would rate this as one of the cleanest and most comfortable properties we’ve stayed in. A huge bonus is that linens and bath towels are provided, which has not been our experience with other properties. It’s nice to have those two things off the packing list. Also provided are toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and several small packages of hand/body soap. The kitchen had all of the appliances that we needed and were in great condition. There was ample seating for meals, as well as lounging in the living room. Lots of space for our 6-year-old to dance around. The view from the balcony is perfect and there is a table and chairs out there as well. The beds and pillows in the bedroom were really comfortable, which has not been our experience with other properties. I can’t speak for the pullout couch mattress as we didn’t use it this time. The indoor pool is heated and easy to access. The parking is under the building and is also easy to access. Dan reached out to me before our stay and helped to arrange after-hours check in since we arrived later into the evening. He was quick to respond and we knew exactly what to expect. We would definitely like to stay here again. It was perfect for a long weekend and I’m sure would be even better for a week-long stay in the summer!

The property was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It has everything you need and it's in a great location.

Very easy to book and check-in. Basic necessities supplied (dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper) was nice. Had a great time in Ocean City, didn’t get to enjoy the beach much as we came in November but might have to come back in the summer!

The condo is very close to the ocean with an ocean view. It was clean and very comfortable for two people. We were able to walk to restaurants and explore the towns along the Maryland shore. Management and the owner were very responsive. We had a nice relaxing week!

The condo is just as pictured. Clean and well maintained. We enjoyed being just a short walk to the beach, stores, and restaurants. The owner has thought of everything you may need and cooking was a breeze. We hope to stay again in the future!

Very clean all around.. We loved the room! The building in location to the beach was perfect. We didnt need to drive anywhere. We were walking distance from coffee, shops, etc. In our condo, there was a game room which my boys loved. There is a pool on the ground floor that we took advantage of every night of our stay. This was one of the best stays we've had ever, We will be back again!

Perfect location and great condo for my wife and two children for a quick getaway. The unit itself was extremely clean and exactly as advertised. The building is a little dated but can’t beat the location! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely look to stay again.

This was an awesome property. Super clean and comfortable. Literally 50 feet to the beach. Ultra modern with beachy decor. Great views of the ocean and north side park from the balcony. We love staying in this area of north ocean city and this is a great little condo! Would totally rent again.

Lovely place and perfect location!

The condo was a just perfect! The owners have thought of everything. It’s super clean, comfy beds (even sofa bed), kitchen stocked with all necessities, games, great deck (larger than in pictures) with views of ocean and more. The decorations are very cute and she really did a great job making it cozy. The location was terrific as well! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Things out of owners control (but won’t hinder us from coming back): no A/C in hallways of building (or game room) and it gets hot! We read we could get extra toilet paper and trash bags from front desk but that was an issue. They had nothing available and after a few visits to the front desk we were basically told to go to the store. We just know for next time to bring our own which is totally fine. Again, everything was great! We can’t wait to stay here again in the near future. Thank you owners!
