Speaking with Lana before arrival was very easy and she went out.of her way to support with transfer to and from Gudauri. The apartment itself was in an ideal location, clean, very cozy with instant hot water for showering after a day on the slopes. Having basic utensils, plates, cleaning products and towels really helped as well
It's hard to give an example as everything was as advertised and we arrived being fully informed, so no real improvements can be mentioned.
