Staff were wonderful, especially Sarah. No complaints at all. Would, and have recommended to others.

Nothing, everything exceeded my expectations. Will definitely be back again.

It’s deco was cool, lovely place. So much to offer.

Only stairs to get up to the room and i had a very bad knee injury.

Close proximity to hire car return. The room was very clean with a bar fridge, jug with tea, coffee and milk. Lovely bathroom and hot shower. The bed was very comfortable.

Nobody told me the free wifi password as it was not included in the room information package, so I had to go down to the bar to find get it. There was a noisy aircon duct that vibrated loudly in the ceiling above my room that came on every 15 minutes or so keeping me awake most of the night. Worst of all, I was not given instructions on how to escape the building "out of hours" to catch my early flight. I was in a total panic and eventually found the emergency fire escape, and even then, it was very traumatic, as I could not easily find an unlocked door. In future, please provide instructions on "out of hours" checkout in the rooms.

Check-in went smoothly. Room was neat & tidy. Staff were great. Food was excellent.

Bedding was damp. Not sure if it was mattress, or mattress liner. Didn't notice it at first, but woke up after a while feeling moisture soaking through from underneath me. Spent the rest of the night laying on top of the doona. Next day I pulled bedding apart, draped it over furniture, switched on the a/c & let everything dry out, while I was out for the day. Still wasn't game to lie in the bed that night, so slept on top of the doona again.
