Space was huge by Japanese hotel standards and the location was very convenient next to Kokura station. It was also nice to have the shower and tub separate from the toilet and sink.
Check-in process was a bit tricky with the staff calling on the iPad. Their accent (non-Japanese) was very difficult to understand through the call and I had to ask them to repeat the questions. The room also wasn't the cleanest, with stained carpets throughout.

"Value for Money. Very decent size room with 2 double bed and a kitchenette. The toilet and bathroom are very clean. Laundry is on the ground floor, 600yen with 135 mins wash & dryer."
