The room with private bathroom was super clean and comfortable. The common kitchen and dining area were super clean as well. I loved staying there (up until the last night where I had a super noisy neighbour).
The walls are paper thin (you can hear other people's phones if they watch videos etc.) so if there is an insensitive guest your stay could be horrible.
The bathroom door didnt close from the side of the room, which was annoying with the light at night.
The window shutter also didnt work.

Extremely well located, comfortable bed and use of toilets, even though shared. Very clean kitchen and dining area. The whole experience was easy and made sense. A great spot to stop in Sintra and be close by to all attractions including the train station.
It was really great - from beginning to end.

Simple - comfortable and cozy
Could hear people above moving around - not too bad though

It was too difficult to climb to my wife to the room.

"Struttura pulita e personale cordiale, posizione anche se non vicina al centro storico, molto comoda in quanto vicina all stazione"
