Location and friendly staff. The Unit was very clean and we enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the surrounding park and restaurants

The convenience and everything is close by.
Maybe the shower as we are used to water tap mixers and providing more towels.

Very clean, location within 700m of active V&A waterfront, comfortable bed, nice kitchen and accessories.
The apartment, while nicely appointed and very clean, was fairly narrow, which didn't allow for good space to open a large suitcase. As overseas travellers, we each had one large suitcase, and while I figured out a way to get my wife's set up in front of the bedroom armoire (so unable to access the armoire as a result), I had to set mine up on the couch in the living room.

Perfectly located. Easy check in.
The bedroom is located by the door.
