Close to places I needed to be at.
The residential floor has a ‘trapped’ moisture smell that can be a bit overwhelming.

The location of the apartment is great and close top many restaurants and shops
Booking in was a mossion , there were no receptionists to assist. In the end a member of security assisted in getting our keys. No one explaoned to us how to get to the apartment or where the parking is.
The apartment needs some TLC. The bedding had stains. Some of the downlights were not working . The walls have some cracks and marks. The front door is incredibly heavy to open and has damage to it physically. The shower mixer looks bad , installation done poorly and the plug of the bath would not work. We were supplied wit two satchets milk for 2 nights for 2 people. No milk , no water. No shower gel or soap.
I would normally not complain about these type of things but for what we were charged to stay there I feel the above should have been sorted beforehand. I feel dissapointed in what we paid for and what we got.
