Breakfast was very good. Worth to stay

The hotel was nice and the room was clean. The breakfast choices were awesome and fresh. The employees were friendly and professional. The location was in a fairly decent area with some restaurants and stores around. It was next door to a strip club but, no problems that I observed. If not for the location I would probably stay again but, it is still a nice and clean hotel. The pool is also very nice, large size and clean.

Would be nice to have ice on each floor. Inconvenient for those on different floor. Also would be nice to offer coffee in lobby through the day so you wouldn’t need to use up pods in your room.

The room was super dirty, there was even an underwear left behind. There was greasy hand prints everywhere and it had a unpleasant smell. Vicky front desk was amazing tho, she’s a such a sweetheart and try to make it better.
Room was a good decent size and liked the free Breakfast.

Arrived off of a late flight and we were grateful for very friendly and helpful front desk staff. All hotel rooms have some slight odor, and this was no exception. Tub seemed to have some worn areas. The bed was comfortable and clean. Overall, I would rate our stay "acceptable".

I booked 4 rooms in December for a family trip in April. One room had to be handicapped accessible for one family member. I was very specific in my reservation for this room but when we checked in, we were told that our handicapped accessible room had been accidentally given away to someone else. My family member and his wife had to find another room in another hotel at the last minute in a city we were unfamiliar with. The front desk attendant (not a manager) was apologetic but unable to do anything other than refund our money for the room. If they can't read simple reservation instructions, what else can't they do? I can no longer trust or rely on Comfort Inn. Oh, and there's a strip club next door. :-(

Upon arrival the front desk personal was very friendly and helpful. However, once we went into our room and my husband decided to shower we noticed that there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom fans, kind like fumes. We expressed our concerns with the front desk who came to smell & inspected and as we were walking up stairs he asked are you sure it is not an earthy smell. My reply was no the smell is not the same as the rest of the hotel smells like. It was confirmed the smell was not normal and as we waited to see if we could get another room, I began to get a headache from it. Having three little guys with us we decided it was best to leave the hotel because it was not safe with those fumes smells filling up the room & not knowing where it came from.

This was a nice hotel. I was very disappointed I stayed four days absolutely no housekeeping services provided had that been mentioned in the advertisement I never would have stayed there. Otherwise everything was great.

This hotel is convenient to go to PIE airport. We stayed one night with late arrival. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. We had the laundry room on our floor which was very convenient. Some maintenance is required in our room. The tubs had been lacquered, but the paint is peeling off. The tub had a consistent leak and the electrical outlet cover near the sink had been cut. Probably not the safest measure bring near water.

Everyone that works there was amazing…they accommodated my family, were helpful with suggestions of things to do in the area & we even forgot a bag after check out & they grabbed it for us so I was able to go back to get it with everything still in it. Most definitely will be back to visit. Thank you so much to Joey, Vicky & the ladies on the morning shift! I appreciate you all!!❤️

It's one of those hotels where it gives you what you need but nothing more.
The noise was bareable once you got used to it but the room didn't really feel clean. You should have seen how black my socks were after walking on the carpet!

Great location to the airport. Nothing around the area but we were able to walk to a CVS for snacks and beer to enjoy by the pool. Room was very spacious! Pool was very nice!!

Our experience at Comfort Inn & Suites in Clearwater was amazing! The staff are super friendly and go above & beyond in their helpfulness. The breakfast was great. We were upgraded to a suite which was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was a great extra! We will definitely return!

The staff over there are very polite and appreciate their hospitality. The breakfast provided was very good. I had to wait around 45 minutes to check in even though I arrived on time since the room was not cleansed. The bed sheets and blankets looked old and found wear and tear of the over usage. You have to wait another 5 minutes to get the wash basin drained. The air conditioner was making a lot of noise which disrupted our sleep several times.

Room was clean, very spacious, good price for what we received. Staff was super nice and helpful! Breakfast was great with lots of options. Pillows and blankets could be more comfortable and the shower didn’t work all that well but overall the room and our stay was great! Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend.

The gentleman club and vacant building next to the hotel were sort of depressing. Made us worry about the area safety was planning on using the hotels pool, but made us nervous to go out there. The hotel itself seems fairly good condition although the shower was needing some repairs. Staff was very good in breakfast area was very nice.

The hotel information said it provided airport transfers. After booking the hotel we learned that the service stops at 3PM. Our flight was later than that, so we had to take an Uber. The next morning, we inquired about the schedule for the van to the airport and was told the driver did not show up for work so it wouldn't be running. The shuttle was the reason we choose the hotel, and it ended up costing us over $40 in Uber fees. There was no apology or concern from the staff, and I sent a pleasant email concerning this issue and never heard back.

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that the shuttle to PIE started at 7:00. When you fly Allegiant, the flight I need is at 7:00, so I have pay for a taxi or Uber to get to my flight.

Had crumbs on the end table and a dirty towel hanging on the back of the door. Beds seemed clean was too exhausted to even deal with it or complain.

Hotel located on an extremely busy boulevard, right next to a "gentleman club" where there is a lot of back and forth. We heard the police sirens all the time. The air conditioning is so noisy that we almost didn't sleep... Not worth the asking price at all!
