The hotel is in the process of renovations as of late-September, 2026. The rooms are great. The beds are comfy, too. Everything felt really new and clean.
The location is ok but not great for St. Pete. It's close to the airport...
~ During renovations, there is NO sign anywhere. Neither is there a lobby. We circled the parking area twice before we saw the small sign that had an arrow with the word "Lobby."

The room was nice and quiet and the bed was very comfy
That the pool close at 9:00 p.m. and I checked in right before 9:00, that the parking lot was a giant maze and you couldn't figure out how to get into it, and that there was no microwave in the room

In process of renovation. It was clean.
It has no sign out front. There is currently no ‘front’ of the hotel. It is under reconstruction. There is a small plastic sign in the side of the building, by a side door, that suggests the current entryway.

I didn’t like that we were scared to use the elevator because the front desk employee said at check in that the elevator looks to be working so you can use it. So no, we used the stairs during our stay. And the water pressure is awful in the shower and yet too strong in the sink, needs to be completely reversed.
