When we arrived in the early afternoon the room was very warm. West facing window. We turned the thermostat down and went out for the afternoon. We returned late afternoon and the room was 28 degrees Celsius. We called the desk and were told someone would be up. Waited an hour and called again. A representative came to the room and told us the AC unit was not working. She said just open a window. I informed her that the window was screwed shut. She said "Oh well, you will have to speak to a manager tomorrow" 28 degrees is too hot for sleeping.

Very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Everything was amazing & reasonably priced. Room was very comfortable, clean with stocked mini fridge ($), safe, Nespresso machine. Washroom was modern with wonderful smelling soap. Underground parking available ($30/night). Will definitely return.

this was the perfect place for our trip for the hockey game. easy check in/check out, friendly staff, and great breakfast buffet!!! Rooms were nice and clean and spacious.

Great place and superb location, the breakfast could be a bit less expensive though. Easier to walk someplace else with better price points.

Nice Hotel.
Easy Check-in.
Restaurant Staff sucked. Paid for buffet breakfast. Sat us at a large table, becuase the other tables were dirty. Nobody came to see us about a coffee, until they gave us the bill. Had to explain, we had already paid. Asked for a coffee then, never received a coffee.

Dirty sheets were quickly changed on arrival. Front desk and housekeeping staff always pleasant and helpful. Great location downtown, lots of restos, connection to Metro, etc.

Nice, clean property just steps away from the Bell Centre. Very close to Sainte-Catherine street for great shopping. Also very close to the subway station for easy access to explore this fantastic city!

The staff were over and above friendly and helpful. The restaurant L'o has some of the best food I've had. Overall top notch.

I am familiar with this hotel.. the only thing i wish they had are refrigerators in the rooms. But overall its a great place to stay for business or leisure! Perfect for family too!

Clean and easy checkin. We arrived in Montreal at 8:00am and took a chance to check-in. They allowed us with no questions asked. We have been coming here for 2 years and will continue. Only con is there is no microwave in the rooms. Good modern TV and clean space.
