The hotel did have a sign up saying they were remodeling. There was work being done in the front lobby, but I did not see any work being done anywhere else. Pool was closed, but I was not told that when I checked in. I was told to access my room through exterior door B, but the security lock did not work after repeated attempts. I located door C, which was broken and would not close. The door on my room had to be pulled in or it did not lock. The bathroom is very small, and there was no caulk around the shower insert. Wallpaper under the sink in the room was coming off. The interior wall finishing is very dated and did not match the comforter. Burn in carpet outside the bathroom (non-smoking room). Vent in the wall between the bed and bathroom was visibly dirty. The toilet ran periodically. Bed was OK, but will hopefully get a new mattress in remodel. Portable wardrobe leaned to one side. No luggage caddie. Did have a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Thermostat on HVAC wall unit seemed to keep room above indicated temperature. Breakfast was average, scrambled eggs, sausage patties and biscuits and gravy, cereal, bread items, yogurt and fruit. Plastic juice glasses were approximately 3 oz. each. No recycling receptacles, but they did have wall mounted dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, soap etc.They do have a room that was converted to a lounge with "light dinner" but arrived too late to participate.

The hotel was alright but didn’t know the hot tub didn’t work, the breakfast was basically nonexistent when we tried to go down. Tried to plug my phone into one of the outlets and it threw sparks. They are remodeling so hopefully it’ll get better.

The property was dirty with parts and trash everywhere. The breakfast area was also a storage area for unwanted stuff. The staff was very unfriendly and threatened to call the cops for us being in the pool after hours with no warning that we were.

It was under construction (remodel ), maid Service one day out of 5, beds old and broken down, hot tub unavailable, breakfast fair to good. Poor parking for units with trailers,.

Bathroom wasn't clean shower had hairs and something nasty on the shower floor. Toilet was Loose, no Bathroom fan, mold spots on ceiling

The hot tub did not work but they did give two free drinks alcohol or nonalcoholic, which was very nice

Not what I was expecting, dingy and outdated. The best part of the stay was the biscuits at breakfast.

I arrived at the hotel and was told that my reservation was canceled and the I needed to pay for a new room. I could go though the site to request a refund. After speaking with the Hotels.com representative, the hotel informed them that the refund request was denied. I ended up paying for 2 nights to stay 4 hours in a run down hotel. I imagine you'd get a nicer room at a motel.

Felt like hanging out with friends and family. We really enjoyed the lounge and visiting with other people staying at the hotel.

This hotel is undergoing major renovations , including hot tub & pool area, lounge & dining room.

The room was really nice and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The downfall was the entire hotel was under renovation and the pool/hot tun and most other amenities were unavailable. That was one of the main reasons we decided to book a room here. It would of been nice if that was mentioned beforehand and a slight discount should have been given.

This hotel is under a major remodel, but if you look past the dust and work being done, it is a great place to stay. My kids said the pool was cold but it didn’t stop them from playing for more than an hour, hot tub must be getting worked on it was closed. They had a light dinner and drinks with the room, it was delicious! Breakfast was good and had plenty to choose from. Would stay here again if we get back to the area.

Great even though going through renovations. Staff were all wonderful and helpful. Only hotel we have gotten a complimentary light dinner and good continental breakfast.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. There was remodeling but that didn’t impact our stay. I think maybe because of the construction all guests received two free drinks in the small hotel bar. Nice addition after a long day’s drive.

Clean enough to sleep but not the best, guy at the front desk insisted there was a problem with confirmation of our third party booking. After a long trip we just wanted to relax. Eventually he found the issue, but wasn’t very nice about it

Maybe the renovation of the hotel that makes everyone including the employees feel a bit stressed or maybe because I'm a different color, which made some of the employees look at me differently. I don't feel welcome, but it was fine with me. However, I'm not smoking, The room where I'm staying is fine, but when step out of the hallway I smell marijuana so bad, that it makes my stomach upset.

Amazing staff, has a fish cleaning station and overall a great experience.

Extremey rude staff! during check-in process. Not accomidating at all for customer relatiions position. Was told that theTV did not work and they would send someone to fix it. No one showed up. Went to front desk to ask when it will be addressed and was present with an eyeroll. Disappointed to say the least. Do not recommend due to rude staff!

I enjoyed the breakfast and staff being friendly.

The stay was good, and the construction didn’t seem to affect anything but the breakfast area which was moved down the hall. There was a gentleman who worked the front desk who was very pushy about trying to get my teenage daughter upstairs into a “teen club.” Overall, the stay was exactly what I wanted, a cheap room with beds.

Good pricing for amenities. Two drink tickets, complimentary breakfast, light dinner, and a nice fish cleaning facility. Looking forward to staying when their renovation is complete.

Hotel is fairly dated and our room was very humid, to the point the carpet was damp.
