Customer service was excellent. Front desk was very accommodating with early arrival. Continental breakfast was convenient. Location was in the far corner of the French quarter but it forced us to walk off all the calories of excellent food we ate. The only downside to our stay was the mattress. My back killed me every morning waking up. Zero support.

Tracy and Darlene great customer service! Very professional employees. Would consider returning. However they just need to tidy the place more, and maybe even consider updating some areas of the Hotel. I enjoyed my stay!

Our 6 night stay here was absolutely perfect! The wonderful front desk worker Brunetta (hope I spelled it right) was so nice. She accommodated us with an early check in (small $20 fee) and upgraded our room due to staying for 6 nights. The breakfast was absolutely superb. They changed up what they served every day and had so much variety in their options. The workers were always on top of refills and cleaning up. The housekeeping always provided fresh towels. The location was great! It was only a 7 minute walk to Bourbon Street and 14 minute walk to Jackson Square. There were streetcar and bus stops located close by for public transportation. The pool was kept clean and leaf free. It went to 7 feet in depth which I enjoyed. I’d highly recommend staying here for your trip to NOLA!
