Enjoyed spending three nights at this hotel. It was in close proximity of Milano Centrale, which is the main train station in Milan. The hotel itself is currently being renovated, so some rooms have a newer updated interior. The only drawback is that our keys did not work every night so we had to go down to reception every night in order to have our keys re-activated. Hotel does offer breakfast which is €15. Overall this is a great hotel based on location and proximity to the main train station. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was great, being 5 mins walk from the train and bus transfer to the airport. The room was good for one night, however was very noisy so you could hear all the conversations in the hallway and other rooms.

I block walk from Milano Central train station. Very short walk to.an excellent restaurant. Staff called a taxi for me.

Staff was excellent and very accommodating, helpful beyond compare. Great the continental breakfast, and the room was exceptionally larger then most Italian hotels.

I stayed here because of the American name- Best Western, and thought I would get an American type bed (not a twin) with some support, and good A/C! The A/C did not work well and the person who they sent into my room to fix it said he didn't know that much and just said, it's working fine. Don't stay here, worst hotel of my two weeks in Europe so far!

Very comfortable rooms, pleasant and helpful staff. Would have been a nice view apart from scaffolding for renovations. Rooms require better sound proofing. Easily hear next door neighbour through the walls.

Perfect for an early train in the AM. My 20 year old son is traveling around Europe and needed a place to stay close to the Tran station.

Not the hotels fault hut construction going on all around meant it was mot quiet. A couple of power cuts too during my stay

Nice hotel. Close to the station, about 5 minutes walk. Rooms are comfortable and modern. Breakfast is good. Nothing bad about the place. Generally a good option to stay, but price is a little on the higher side. The subway is at the station so is nice to be able to walk easily to the hotel without using a taxi.

Management and staff at the reception were very nice and accommodating. Not a Best Western facility you come to expect. Pictures of the rooms on the web page look nicer than what they look. Building is going through renovation outside

Modern, clean, lovely hotel. Rooms are very small but well appointed and nice. Great location near Centrale train station and metro stops.

Very clean. No problem about the room itself. The atmosphere around hotel is not so nice, especially at night.

The Madison Hotel was a great place to stay! The staff was super friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was clean and well kept. My room did have some issues (broken toilet paper holder and some tape holding a piece together in the shower) but all in all it was great. The beds were comfortable and the room overall was very clean and quite spacious. Highly recommend!

High-quality new hotel

Great stay, will come again next time I'm in Milan. Perfect location with regards to airport transportation, tours leaving from Central Station, and quick access via metro to the Duomo area for shopping and dining. Friendly, helpful staff.

We stayed here for a day with family. Room is very nice. Staff are super friendly. Nanna Ahmed at breakfast was very helpful especially as we couldn't speak Italian. Highly recommend. Location is perfect, walkable from main Milan station. If I go to Milan I will go to this place.

Practical and clean location.

We used this hotel for our "jet lagged" hotel, before we began our Italian Road Trip. It was a great choice. We arrived early, and the rooms were ready. The front desk staff was excellent ( I wish I had written down their names). Rooms were fine, a little older, but the location was quiet, which was very important. We picked up our car rental at the train station, which was walkable. Good breakfast in the morning, but they need an additional coffee machine.
